For the Advent Rebels:
possible bugs:
1). I've had the rebel titan use purification to east other ships without orders to do so when autocast was turned off
2). After "recharge shields" is researched, repair platforms also gain the Recharge shields ability(the tooltip in the tech indicates only temples of renewal gain the ability). Not sure if this is a bug or whether the tooltip is incomplete.
unclear tooltips:
1). Cleanse and Renew: very confusing tooltip. the best I've guessed is that invading cap ships/titans regain antimatter after bombarding a planet down, but in all honesty the wording is such that I have no clue how this ability really works. Also like expulsion some transparency on the actual numerical effect would be nice.
2). Expulsion: This tech is extremely unspecific on it's effect. Some transparency would be nice for the purpose of testing
3). Return of the fallen: Would be nice if this tech were specifiec about which ship types can ressurect. I would assume it doesn't affect dead cap ships & titans, but it doesn't elaborate as to what classes it does and doesn't apply to
For the Advent Loyalists:
possible bugs:
haven't noticed any yet.
unclear tooltips:
1). Acclimatization of Will: The informal description indicates it affects friendly planet's allegiance gain rate, but the formal numerical description indicates it increase the rate enemies lost allegiance at instead. Unclear which it actually effects
2). Global unity: Formal numerical description(+50% culture spread rate) does not match the informal description(worlds spread culture without temples. Also it would be nice to have some transparency on how quickly non-temple worlds spread culture
3). Planet for planet: Needs a better tooltip. At the very least we need to know how long the effect lasts and whether it stacks for multiple planets lost. ideally I'd like to see some transparency as to the actual effect(numbers, much like I said for pretty much all of the above listed tooltips)
4). Assimilated Populace: This one could just uise a bit of transparency as to it's effect... I think the duration is more important to know then the specific amount it buffs culture/income, but those would be nice as well.
In general while the most common issue(ability transparency) may be *less* important then the other issues, it would certainly make testing much easier. Also in the long run in this sort of game more transparency is better as more information makes for better informed strategic decisions(such as whether to priotize a tech or not).
If anyone else thinks any other tooltips or unclear or have notice possible bugs, post them here and I'll add them to the OP.
