Hey guys, I've spent the last five hours looking through the forums to try to find a way to do this, but I haven't seen anything.

Here's what I want to do:

I want to edit the abilities (on titans and ships) to edit cooldown times, attack power and the like. I tried opening the entity files with Notepad++ and there was a null character in between each letter. I read a forum that said that is what I had to edit, but I don't see how. Any ideas?

You need to convert the files into txt or get the reference files. Read the stickies like this or this, they should point you in the right direction.
