Galaxy Forge beginner help

Hi, I'm a beginner mapmaker, and I make some maps for myself.

 

I downloaded Galaxy Forge 3, but that doesn't seem to allow me to edit with the DLC. How do I set it up so I can, for example, use the planets added in the Stellar Phenomena DLC? I looked through the guides, but I'm not savvy (or maybe smart) enough to see out where this has already been addressed.

 

If I just have the base Galaxy Forge 3, what do I need to be able to mod with all parts of the sins I have? I have all the sins and DLC on Steam.

 

If there's a place I didn't find that explains it, please let me know. I didn't find one, but I don't want to waste your guys' time if there is one.

The most recent galaxy forge can be found in your sins directory (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion\Galaxy Forge)

The galaxy forge executable in that folder is updated with the game and will always be the most recent, which means you can use DLC planets in your custom maps.

With Rebellion, yes the most recent Galaxy Forge is always in the install directory. GalaxyForge 3 is for Trinity and older editions of Sins, which did not have the Galaxy Forge included with the game.
