I thought it would be interesting if you could build improvements from techs that are still being researched. The only catch was that if you had for instance; researched 20% of the tech only 20% of your production would count to building it.
I am not holding my breath on this becoming a reality in the game even if it were some mid game tech or racial ability in a dlc, I don't feel like waiting years after release. So I would want to mod it but I know its far more complex than changing the cost of a module.
So any ideas about it being possible, where to start, or what you think would be welcome.
