It's taken me a while to get around to playing Galciv 3 (was waiting for it to get a bit more meat on it's bones) but now here I am.  Hiyas.

I've got a question about the production wheel and am hoping someone can tell me that I'm missing something.  There has to be a way for me to easily set specific numbers for Wealth, Manufacturing, and Research, but I sure can't find it.  There's three lines right under the wheel that give the values, and it seems like there should be sliders there, but I can't figure out how to set them up.  Presently, I'm left with trying to fiddle with the wheel in an attempt to pinpoint the exact hex that gives the values I want (which is of course frustrating) - like "Wealth 10%, Research 60%, Manufacturing 30%" or whatever.

I remember during Beta, there was a lot of discussion regarding the Production Wheel and most of it was favorable.  I, however, was skeptical because it seemed to pose the very problem I'm having with it now.  But I thought I remember reading somewhere where there was an option to enable sliders or something.  Am I nuts or did I dream that?

Anyway, so my question is, how do I set specific values for the production wheel without all the hex-hunting?  I've googled and searched the forums, and even checked my laundry  hamper, but couldn't find anything on this.  Thanks for any help!
