Bug 1.
After promoting a commander to my fleet the command ship has no bonus stats, neither does it have any after promoting to Admiral.
Bug 2. (Exploit)
You may promote a commander to Privateer and attack with him until his movement is gone then decommission him sending him to the pool, then add the commander to the same or new fleet and promote him again to Privateer again and attack again as many times as you have resources in a turn.
An easy fix would be taking a turn to travel to the pool.
Bug 3.
I have to click on ship details to promote my commanders. The option no longer appears when clicking on the ship.
Citizen Comparison.
If a Privateer Class ship or any Command Ship can spawn an infinite distance from my Capital The Turn I Assign Him, it is absurd to have my other citizens travel in Citizen Transports for years to go from one side of my empire to the other. They should travel just as fast. Use a single person teleporter or whatever, make something up, seeing I can pay twenty prometion and instantly bring them back to my capital resource pool.
