I heard that people like this are now being sought. I heard from a friend in general that you can send the ideas you have to some companies by email and you can be remunerated if they like your idea.

You can try and create the game by yourself. That would be the best, I think, because everything will totally depend on you, and you can do everything as you wish. Yes, it's a bit harder but possible. You can turn to a person for help, who is in the given field and can advise you on some things. When I started my business, I was very lucky to have a guy who helped me in xano no code , and in many other things. Thanks to him my idea was brought to reality.
