thats great, but I don't know how to do it, or how to change the display to 1024x768 16bit color. Can someone tell me how?

I am getting the same message, my video card , as far as I can tell is an Intel 810E Chipset Graphics Driver? At least thats what it says when I do the DirectX Diagnosis. Under card type it says N/A but under name it says the Intel 810E. Please help!!!!
