I just double-checked everything again, even correcting a couple minor issues in my billing information, but whenever I try to add Rebellion to my card, it always comes up at $39.95 (plus $2.40 for tax). I've looked at my available downloads, and I have all 3 Sins games registered. The original that's listed as a Download + Retail (it's one of the last games I bought a boxed copy for), with Entrenchment and Diplomac

How do I get the store to give me the discount?
You are in the system and it should apply fine. make sure you are logged on with the same email you are posting with here.

However, I recall it saying that I won't be charged until the Beta is up and its not showing on my orders history. The problem is the card I think I used on the pre-order is due to expire at the end of the month. Is there any way for me to check what card I used and, if necessary, change it?
Your best bet is to email sales
I don't see a "my preorders". I've got "my downloads", "billing information", "password management", and "order history". It doesn't show up in any of them, but I still have my preorder email with order number.
It looks like your pre-order got cancelled as part of a credit-card address changing support ticket. If you re-pre-order you should be all set. Email if you have any questions.
All your games should migrate to SDC. At the moment, you can get GalCiv 2 Ultimate and Sins: Trinity at store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

Maybe I missed something . . but while stand-alone patches are not available to download (which I think is what you want), you can use ImpulseAnywhere to get those the fully integrated patches. In both cases, you are required to have internet to get the new files and a method to transfer them to the "off-line" PC. The fact is, that if you used impulse to get the patch files, the download would be smaller than a stand-alone patch. If I've misunderstood so
We are currently experiencing some difficulty with Impulse. It is a known issue and they are working on it right now. Please stand by, thank you for your patience!

It can get rough on the bleeding edge . " -- Kris Kwil
You'll not have to worry about Stardock spamming you. They have a long history of being a company of gamers and users and don't want to put up with crap. The registration process is really simple and short. Enjoy the game! :CONGRAT:
Does it run all the time, gobbling up RAM and CPU?
No. Run it when you want. You might want to run the Impulse Dock all the time though.
Does it mess around with the registry?
It adds keys and values . . but no more that Stardock Central, the current app.
Is it set up so that it loads at startup?
Nope. Again though . . the dock has value so you might wnat to enable that option.
Can I still play Sins online without it? Does it have t
-sigh- posted too soon. Shirt is Lightweight Ninja, developed and published by Stardock back in the day. Earring was custom made.
I know . . wrong game . . wrong developer . . . no game box. But I may have a problem and where better to share it?
Impulse is in public beta and is so much easier to understand and use.
It will be at the latest build.
I'd love to know more about the process . . like Stardock and Ironclad have done here. I mean . . how do they determine how many localizations to do? How are the localizations done? Do they go through a QA/beta process?
