I tried to enter a support ticket, but my address is apparently already registered, but I don't know the password. I've tried to get it reset twice, to no avail, having given it more than enough time to arrive (and yes, I checked my spam folder to make sure it didn't end up there).
I still haven't received my gift card. I checked my spam folder to make sure, but no luck.

I can't seem to get the tray icon even if I want it. I even tried uninstalling/reinstalling Impulse, ran "impulse now", "impulsenow", and "impulse tray" from the command line to no (useful) effect, tried installing the Impulse Dock (apparently totally different)... I guess it's so highly targeted that some people aren't even allowed to have it at all. : )
Thanks for the resolution. I can wait until January. For a moment I was worried that Stardock, of all companies, was giving customers the shaft, and then who would there be left to trust? : )
I tried to go to the TotalGaming store today to see if the token prices had been brought into line with Impulse prices on any desirable games, but got redirected to the Impulse site. As far as I can tell, my tokens are now inaccessible/unusable. Wasn't there a plan to transition tokens to some kind of gift card for Impulse? I never received any kind of warning email saying that my tokens were about to expire, and, in fact, Stardock has posted in the forums specifically that

I've had problems running Space Rangers on my system. The first time I ran it, it seemed like nothing happened at all. When I tried to run it again, the monitor went black, but I got sound. I hit escape a few times and eventually got to a game screen and was able to play. The next time I ran it, the monitor said it couldn't display that video mode, and stuck there until I put my computer in sleep mode. Even if I can get it to run occasionally, it doesn't seem worth the trouble if it's going
