As a software support technician for a company that produces software & websites for the tourism industry here in the UK I have to not only monitor our company's support inbox but also maintain about 10 servers, then there's all the pcAnywhere & VNC sessions into clients PC's too. I've been using TLB for about 3 or 4 years now (infact so long, I can't remember when I bought it) - and although I like ObjectDock and other bits 'n bobs I still run TLB anyway - like gr00vy0ne says " it simply works".
