For what it's worth, I work for a company that produces/manages/maintains websites here in Plymouth, UK, and we've basically had to tell our clients we don't support AOL in any way, shape or form. Roland Spooler is part of your OS's printer config that loads at startup as part of the OS, I would suggest you look at temporarily disabling the different "extra" programs that load when your PC starts until you find it starts without the Spooler error - at that point you'll know which one has caused the problem.
