I just counted the uploads on my gallery and I have posted 871 "skins" over 21 different categories! B[] I was wondering if anyone else has more? Hi guys, I purchased Winstep Xtreme today and I would like to try my hand at making a theme. I found what I thought was a tutorial, which said to open an existing theme and save it under a different title and author. I assumed that would then mean changing the graphics for my own. BUT I can't even find where you save a theme in the settings, as it doesn't seem to be in the Theme Manager as the tutorial said. Any ideas where I go from here, or can anyone point me to the save theme func

Hmmm... Not sure how this passed me by. I also joined really early on (my user number is 194). A lot has happened in my life in those 25 years, probably the most surprising being the fact that I'm still alive! Unfortunately, I no longer have the appetite for skinning since my wife died in 2011, and I find myself drifting further away as time goes by. A long time ago ChaNinja released a small program called LAUNCHicons. They are highly animated icons that you can link to any program and they can be re-coloured from inside the program. I've always liked them and I think they look great with this wall by ToyBoxArts. Switched to my "Compass" desktop today because I've been finishing a new matching Xion skin which fits into the centre of the wallpaper. Should be finished today. WB, Cursor and Wallpaper all available. B[]

Brad, could AI be used to create a WindowBlind skin from a .PSD file in the way that Xion skins are created? That would be the only time I would want to use AI in skinning. I have no problem creating the designs, it's the laborious method of translating the designs into working skins in SkinStudio that was always the stumbling block for me. If AI could use the xion skinning method to create skins on the fly from a .PSD then that would be an incredible step forward. Maybe you could look at the

I was always a big fan of Layne Karkruff the artist, so much so that I made a whole suite of skins using his website graphics. There is a DesktopX theme, a Windowblinds skin and a Xion player. He never replied when I asked for permission to release them, so they have just stayed in my vault with a million other things I never released. Oh well..... I still think it looks quite nice. When JC Rabbit gave me permission to make a Xion skin to match the Evolve Talisman theme, he also said I could make the matching Windowblinds skin, which I duly did. It remains unreleased to this day, and I can't remember why! I must have been having trouble with some aspect of it. Maybe I'll go through it with a fine toothcomb and then release it. This screenshot features a Xion skin that I haven't released as it can only be used with the wallpaper behind it, and I didn't think people would be interested in that. The entire lighthouse is the player, and has light beams which react with the beat, The progress bar is the blue yacht which runs between the two flying seagulls. I've been out of the loop for quite a while, and lots of things appear to have changed within WB. My question is: Does the latest version of WB support animated skins? If it doesn't, which was the last version number that did? And, would I still be able to get that earlier version?
