Same thing happened to me a few hours in. It was an eight player free for all with pirates and occurred even when there was nothing actually happening on the screen battle-wise. Most likely, for my situation at least, it probably means something with the CPU code is bogging down. In Supreme Commander, it was always the AI that caused the CPU to slow way down when there were thousands of units in the game even if they were off screen (meaning not graphics related). This always happened no matt

Where is the "Max Allied Victors" setting so I can change it and see if this was indeed the problem? I am not seeing it anywhere when I am creating a game.

I have always wondered why, when you preview a map, it almost always zooms your view way in to the nothingness of the skybox so that you have to scroll the camera out a ton to even see what your map looks like. The in-game designer has done this since the original Sins so it would be nice to have the preview loaded with the camera fitting the entire map to the screen already. Also, on a side-note, does anyone else think it would be great for the in-game map d
How many allied victors were there? If you a player has 2 allies but there is only 2 allied victors allowed, then yes he's going to have to break the alliance with someone.
I'm not sure who you are directing that question at, but for my games it was just me and one AI allied together. When all our mutual enemies were defeated, the AI broke our maxed out alliance even though allied victory was turned on.

I was going to make a thread on this very topic actually so I'm glad other people are seeing this issue. I was excited when I achieved a max ally status (20/20 and all the pacts etc.) with an AI and then was super annoyed when they turned hostile after the last non-ally AI was killed off. This should be fixed. If you make an alliance with someone during a game, and if allied victory is turned on, then you both should win, especially when it takes so much time and energy to ge

I lost a capital ship when I sent my fleet to another planet once. I think a couple rebel ships also got stuck inside one of my gravity wells once which resulted in my planet always being under attack audibley/visually even though the ships that were listed had disappeared and took me to the blank star field when selected. If I remember correctly, they were the rebels that jump into random planets at random times from nowhere in particular.

3. No; as stated, there was nothing of the red team left and even hours later their culture was still 100% active with nobody but me anywhere near the planets. What's weird though, is that it visually started disappearing from the phase lanes, but when I sent a colony ship there, as soon as it hit the gravity well, the culture was 100% across all the adjacent phase lanes again. All of their planets were "cannot colonize hostile culture to strong" the entire time.

I'll try to keep this short and simple: 1. The "Heavy Strike Craft" ability for the Sova Class Carrier needs color. The first time I played I never realized that I could spend a point on that ability yet because I thought the ability was greyed out. I don't know why I thought this since the first three abilities are always available in the beginning but it did throw me for a loop and is kind of annoying. 2. &nbsp
