If you're using vista, it's located in a hidden folder, so you'll have to enable those by first returning to classic folder mode, then Tools-->Folder Options, Click th View Tab then "show hidden files and folders" after that it's C:\Users\[user_name]\AppData\Local\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Mods

i've looked around some saw lots of posts for x86 beta drivers that stop the dreaded black screen but i finally found some for Vista x64 http://downloads.guru3d.com/ForceWare-171.16-Vista-beta-(64-bit)-download-1839.html SLI and DV both seem to work with these drivers unlike some of the higher revisions that i've seen around
