Yes, I was refering to the neutral/rebel/pirate forces that appear at a planet at the beginning of a game/map. So i guess now the question is . . . Is there a known alternate way to disable rebel forces at planet spawn? Thank you.

The easiest way to achieve this would be to replace the mesh of the dead asteroid planet type with a graphically size reduced version of a larger planet.
