You can solve this kind of problem really easily. All you need to do is require all participants on the site to have a usb dongle attached to everyones chairs. When someone flames, any visitors that see the flame can press the "shock now" button and deliver a nice jolt to the flamer. A few of my tips for a better running windows box would be to find out which are vital windows processes and one by one, kill the rest. Some things you might consider are essential like a running AV but it's worth checking if your AV is using heuristics which will hammer performance. Anything over 30 processes and you have too many running if performance is your main goal. I'd stay away from tweaker type software, especially stuff that runs
It certainly is a great tool but sadly utterly useless for me. Your computer has to be completely idle for it to work and mine never is. Last time I used the program there was no manual indexing option. A real shame.

You can launch that by putting " eventvwr.exe " into the run bar in start menu. and have you disabled the auto reset option so you can see any information on a bluescreen if you're getting those at all? It may be you are experiencing power problems if the random restarts became common after installing what is a hungrier card than some older systems are used to. Maybe think about upgrading the power supply if its getting a bit old or is anything around or below 300watt. I wouldn't dump the graphics card just yet, if it really does turn out to be your motherboard then a new graphics card is probably only going to replicate the same problem.
