seems to take about the same amount of time for scouts to get a new random exploration target, too. I think its either a constant or hardcoded

i guess i'll try the dev exe, still spitting out errors about NumResearchPrereqs being an astronomical number instead of the max value of 2, and expecting one single ability file to be 1.9Gb instead of 16 bytes, and 1 byte instead of 0 twice, for a total of three expectations of size for one file :-D my oh my what fun little quirks this game has hiding away inside.

am i correct in assuming there are multiple versions of "convertdata.exe" (besides vanilla vs entrenchment)? as in the converter for 1.05 was different from say, 1.1's? if YES, how can I get ahold of the older version, as I am doing personal edits for 7DS and want to binarize my entities. if NOT, why is it that forgetools 3 convertdata binary entities cause sins 1.05 to minidump when my txt entities work just fine? if anyone has this old 1.05 convertdata, assuming it even matters

so i'm having a hard time understanding why anything I create in galforge won't properly start ingame. The whole thing will load, the loading screen I mean, but then when it starts, everyone's dead and its instant defeat. I've tried forcing starting templates for players, checking that galforge was adding all the correct things, but it seems that my game won't load anything that doesn't use the random generator. i'm thinking that it might be since i'm using galforge v3 to make custom

try opening it in "notepad++", an opensource project that vastly improves the functionality of notepad. I had a text file like that that opened the way yours does in notepad, but then i opened it in notepad++ and it parsed the lines correctly.

I've never encountered this before and I generally never have issues with rendering any websites, but DANMAN, your website will absolutely not load. In IE7, it tells me "nav cancelled" which is stupid because that means the command that loads the page is being aborted, like when you hit Esc.
