I just want to let you guys know that the checksum when after patching an older install is different from the full download checksum. I'll post the checksums later. Not enough time.

After turning down the graphics settings to high, I successfully played an 11 hour game with this mod. Thank you very much Ryat! Edit: I will still get that minidump log to you guys when I get a consistent crash. I want to return the favor.
I hate to sacrifice looks, but in the sake of finding this bug and squashing it I'll try it out. Thanks!
You guys are doing a fantastic job on this mod. I love it. However, I get a general minidump about 15 minutes into any game I play. There could be issues with the autosave and I'll post the minidump log as soon as I can create a consistent situation. Are there any quickfixes you guys have to resolve this? (Other than turning off autosave.)
Pub - Meaning a public match. i.e. "I'm tired of all the LAN games. What to do a Pub?"
I've had this issue for about a month now. I'm glad it's not me. EDIT: ROFLMAO. After I click the post button to reply to this topic, I got this.
I do want to warn you of the inherit compatibility issue on Windows 7 64-bit. https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/357146 There's no real pattern to determine if you will have the same issue. The only way to find out is to try it.
Back again. I just received an actual e-mail from the Stardock Support. The outlook is grim as they won't post a fix. We won't be beginning our Win7 compatibility testing until much closer to or even after the official release date. Based on our Vista experience, it's not an effective strategy to start it earlier because it turned out many of our p
Well, I'm having the same issues with NVIDIA cards. I don't think that the ATI drivers were the culprit. (Remeber, same problem different hardware.) Even a 16 gig USB drive with ReadyBoost doesn't help. I'm out of ideas now. Although, maybe an e-mail to might shed some light on the situation.
You are not alone by a longshot. I've got Windows 7 RC 64-bit too. I've had the same issues as you. No minidump log files to be found. Where as you guys are running Intel chips with ATI graphics cards, I have an AMD chip and Nvidia cards. We can rule out any sort of hardware issues here. Try running SoaSE in compatibility mode (Windows XP SP3). Wouldn't hurt to see. Just in case you want all my specifications, they are below. AMD Phenom II 940 (3.0 Ghz) M3N-HT D
They've already doomed all of the poor children in Korea. No LAN = No tournaments.
