Mac computers and its OSX are awesome to use but its vast amount of users are dumber than the average joe. I had nothing to loose. if it didnt cripple hes income it eventually would start loosing allegiance plus if the ai didnt spend on culture structures and upgrades it would loose to Advent culture. When i had Planet Ikeda fortified i knew i won: upgraded starbase with culture upgrades and temples as-well surrounded by repair platforms. Same configuration at Clusious while pressing hes front lines with military.

TEC rules. Tried all races and i got to say tec are more balanced early game: fire power, hull while supported by a rapid economic boom. I love the advent but tec are fun to play. There just easier to win games with. Pointers: Vasari are strong early game but have expensive units. Advent have weak units but there cheap and are supplemented by caps and OK tech upgrades. They suffer from late armor upgrades etc-- Have to get as 3 civic and 6 hostility to start hammering.

You can't use the MotherShips cost reduction ability in multiplayer because your best course of action to survive is build the halcyon(s) with bombers to survive a rush attack or any other attack for that matter. From there on build scouts and desciples to supplement your fleet cos there cheap units. U will win battles through strength in numbers. Remember scouts have 200% accuracy/dmg advantage against lrf but 25% against others. So supplement with disciple but lots of scouts is nice.(tu
