Yes, the desyncs are a total game killer. I cant see how people are not screaming about this. I get them 9/10 games. When you bring them up, you'll get people chiding you to report them.. but this has been going on even before rebellion. There is no way the devs cant reproduce this over and over on their own.

Just wondering if we can get a word on the dev's on the multiplayer desync issue. Our group tracks games very closely via vent over the internet and every game so far (we have tried dozens of times over the past few weeks) desyncs within the first 10 minutes - ie ship activity, system ownership, battles are out of sync. Pure lan games don't seem to be affected.
+1 for keeping moons in the game, but calling them something other than "moons" - unless they are going to be orbiting a planet. Now that would be cool. [e digicons]:grin:[/e]
Has anyone else been experiencing consistent lag over lan play? The game is playable, but it lags/pauses every few seconds (without any notifications). We are having to use tunngle and connect via lan, because connecting with the online option leads to desyncs with every game (both with and without that option box i forget the name of checked). We track things real time over vent, and events get desynced rather quickly. And not minor desyns - more like i have completely
Also getting desyncs in multiplayer, very disappointing that this bug is still around after years, and i dropped the cash to buy 3 copies of Rebellion [e digicons]X([/e]
