It is only a matter of time before EA, Ubisoft, and other publishers find another draconion DRM software thing. For now let us enjoy a securom free Sims 3. There is a small risk that Valve could become a monoply. Since Gamersgate, Impluse, and Steam works better (in the long run) of reducing the effects of piracy, but people are too willing to put all of their eggs in one basket (Steam being the one basket). I love steam, I love impulse, but I don't want eith

Eve Online is an extremely complicated intricate game that is rather complex, but very fun once you get past the learning curve. I played the trial and loved it, but I am the kind of person that doesn't like pay monthly fees for video games... :( I had to pass it up.

I am going to start with C++ and once I have a moderate knowledge of it I will decide what next to do. Maybe Python or Java will be next.

Awhile back I was going to start with BASIC, but I read a post in another forum that said it can create bad progamming habits. I am interested in making simple (Yet not so simple) 2D flash games and maybe more advanced stuff in the future. I am 15 and I have some free time to spare so I have decided I want to do something productive with my life now rather than later when outside pressures like... Bills, womenz, cars, etc hold me back.

I considered BASIC but I read that it creates some bad programming habits when you move move to another programming language like C++.

This is just sad... Sins is just a game. People who take losing a match in a video game seriously should not play video games period.

I am not an expert at movie making, but Windows Movie Makers does not record videos. It does allow you to do cool stuff. Like putting in Requirem for a Dream. You need to use another program for recording videos, like
Check out FRAPS - it'll allow you to save a movie in AVI format which you can import to Movie Maker.
Be fore warned that movies take up a ton of gigs. That 6 minute video must have taken a

Long version (Short version below) Warning GREAT WALL OF T3X7 So... Here is an amazing short story about how, I, crush (Get crushed by) everyone in a free for all with 7 people (Including me). After patching my game yesterday, I decided a short while ago to take another swing at multiplayer. I logged on with no problem, joined a game, and wolla! I was playing a multiplayer match as the TEC. Really early on the most peculiar thing happened to m
Yes the mop up phase is a huge bummer..... The good thing about multiplayer is that a lot of people are good enough to concede when they are obviously beaten so that everyone can move on to play a new game. The bad thing about multiplayer is a few people do everything in their power to draw the game out as long as possible when they have no hope of winning. It can take a while to kill someone when they hole up in their homewo

Dude, Ironclad Games, is entitled to the hard earned fruits of its labor. (Work, not the pregnancy labor. but I guess you could easily consider kids fruits, but... nevermind) I do not remember where, but someone stated that Ironclad has already released 1GB of updates for Sins. Compare that to the average EA game.
