PNG its 24bit but still dosnt work in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I made a pic ffor an object using *.png file i made using paintShop pro 7 but when i import the pic DesktopX says it only supports 24 or 32 bit png files.....but the pic is 24bit does any1 know what the prob. is!
