Spacepony is a planet bonus that means you must do exploration to get it. For those who can't wait to get it they should mod a planet*.entity and add PlanetBonusSpacePony as a required bonus so you will get space pony every time you colonize of those planets.
About randomly generated map : Please increase the minimum length of a starline between 2 systems in Z axis (vertical axis). Systems which coordinates differ only in Z axis (same x,y position) have a too short jump in Z axis so the Ai near always fail to initiate a jump between those systems.

Hi, I think the jump line between 2 system represents the shortest road between those systems at FtL speed but any ship outside the gravitational well and with a clear line to the destination system should be able to initiate a jump too. Ships are not clever when they transit between 3 or more system In this
You can still open the savegame file and edit your capitals ships level. ( can put it past the Lv 10 limit).

Hi, I played a game with the artifact techs on and noticed that i could not got all off them during the course of a play. I conquered all the galaxy save one world and yet i got only 4 out the 9 artifacts tech possible. I noticed also that i could find twice a given artifact in the universe. How the artifacts should work in this game ?
