Any later than 2007 drivers you will start having issues. This is very true with Vista. However I should point out that isn't a precise date as my 2006 BFG dirivers at home on my old clunker run fine. Stick to 2007 and you should be ok.

I updated your account and PMed you as well as this post. Please let me know if you are having password troubles. If anyone else is having password account troubles please try clearing your cookies. This is off topic but I wanted to warn some ATI users. Myself and a few others at Stardock downloaded the latest ATI drivers for the X1300 (this applies to more that just this card of course) on our 64 Vista machines. Once you do this you cannot see the login screen. ATI knows of this issue and is working to correct it. Since many people are updating drivers for this very pretty game I hope I caught a few of you before you step in the same hole I did. Just an FYI
Got the Kensington reply. Thank you very much for the update!
Email [email protected] just in case. Also be aware that even with only one game in the house the ULA says that you and your brother can use that one copy to LAN.
Update should have no effect on the lag. Tried it with two machines so far with nothing. However I would be keen to know if anyone else is getting this.
One of the best things (to toot the horn of Stardock) is that anything you install from us does not need the CD.
If you did have to pay for it Fraps is the best. I have never had a problem with it in any of my games.
This was also true of the Microsoft mouse software I installed. Only becuase it had multiple functions for the mouse wheel.
We don't plans yet but give it time. I'm just saying you are near us and anything is possible.
I guess I don't fully understand. Does it happen early or late in the game? I am trying to reproduce this.
Yes while I do love Valve I do not agree fully with the Steam software on my computer. This is a personal matter not a professional one mind you. The day Valve games are not present on my computer I am dead or someone has stolen it. However Stardock Central is still the best way to get the game. Also the best way to make sure you can find that serial number and CD you lost years ago (years from now) and want to play the game again (or download it in this case). Better than that is Impluse
That ram should be enough. Is anything in the back ground running that could stop any processes or could use a ton of RAM at once?
Lifelock there was a reply to your ticket back on the 20th of this month. I have resent it again. If you still don't get anything check your spam filters.
Yes use Stardock Central and create a Stardock. net account. You will need to do this anyway (preferred method) for getting the updates. You're able to create a Stardock.net account here: https://www.stardock.com/sdnet_login.asp This will be required to log into the Stardock server through Stardock Central. You may download Stardock Central here: http://sdc.stardock.com/sdcentral_setup.exe <!--[if !supportLi
Just so you know Stardock is IN the midwest. We play often. :)
I find that I play more often as a single player than Multi. I think perhaps when I am much better at the game I will dare to take on more strangers than close friends. Even if I only was able to use single player from here on out though I would still love it as a game.
I have that card on my 64bit Vista at work. I run Sins very well. That does not mean though that I don't want something better. There are multiple cards out there that run better than the 1300.
What set of drivers are you on? I was using 64bit Vista and had to roll back my ATI drivers to correct this issue.
I skimmed through some of this so forgive me if this was posted already. Best laptop driver center If you have a laptop and issues with drivers or the game this is a great site for updates.
We had someone write in with something similar to this. A update to his drivers solved the issue. Could be a long shot but give it a try. What are you specs?
