I haven't been able to play any multiplayer games without a desync being noticable within 30 minutes. Doesn't matter the map size. This is with two players, both with fast computers and internet connections. I won't bother uploading anything because any amount of testing internally and you'll clearly see the problem. I stopped playing 2 or 3 patches ago because of this, just tried again today, and it is not been fixed. I would say this is priority

If they are going to give multiple cap ships a special buff by being near each other, they might as well allow 5 or 6 of them to link up together and form Voltron, as I have illustrated below.
Are you saying that capital ships are too weak, or they don't buff a fleet enough? I am also not sure what giving them additional abilities by having more of them together is meant to accomplish.
I pre-ordered when it was first available, still waiting.
Thanks for the update Yarlen. I check here pretty much twice a day, yet lurk most the time. I'll be watching. [e digicons]:ninja:[/e]
Pleasant Grove, Utah to Salt Lake City, Utah Pleasant Grove, Utah to Orem, Utah. It is nearly unplayable after a 2 vs 2 game with friends vs AI is 20 minutes in. 20 seconds of play, 20 seconds of wait.
Give Advent the support/defense ship They already have multiple support and defensive capital ships. No point giving them something that already exists. The new capital ships should bring something completely new to each faction.
Again, that was just an example of what I meant. I wouldn't want that exactly, I was just rearranging the ships you provided in a way to illustrate my p
That was just an example to illustrate my point.
Darvin, your post is well thought out and intelligent. But I'd like to see the new cap ships as an emphasis of each races differences, rather than filling the gaps and making them more similar. For example, I think the TEC should get the factory cap ship rather than Vasari, Give Advent the support/defense ship, and Vasari the dreadnaught.
Maybe corvette carriers.
I knew about JFS being in Linux, I'm a fan of Linux as well. But I didn't know that they removed the 286 subsystem in XP. Thanks for all that info. :)
Brad, since your post I've been thinking about OS/2 a lot. So much so that I installed OS/2 4.5 on an old Athlon 1333 system I had in storage. It is really too bad Stardock wasn't the ones the were allowed to continue the OS/2 development. Ecomstation just doesn't have the drive you guys could give it.
Yeah, for me linux has filled the OS/2 void as well. I just hope it gets popular enough that we'll start seeing some Stardock products for it. :) I can dream can't I?
Awesome Bunnahabhain! I didn't even know it existed till version 2.0, and didn't run it myself till 2.1. edit: Oh, and Windows NT, 2000, XP, Vista, and 7 all have their roots in OS/2 :)
I completely agree Draginol. In the era of Win 3.1 and 95 I primarily used OS/2 2.x and Warp 3. Win31 and 95 were just plain garbage compared to them. The first time I got on the internet was using Warp 3. To this day I still find myself wishing I had the object oriented desktop and REXX. NT has passed up OS/2 in functionality in many ways, but it still isn't quite where OS/2 was for my productivity.
That reminds me, I need to get my concealed carry permit.

I think the money from the sale should go towards buying the Ironclad team many pizzas.
