This needs to be updated. Thanks to impulse, I can no longer roll back my installation of diplomacy (1.21) and "Entrenchment" version is quite inferior- if not broken all together (tearing on all mods and vanilla- aka, white jagged AA lines on meshes). Fantastic mod otherwise, and I absolutely love it. I hope to see the update soon, until then it just gives me a mini-dump. D:
I'm fighting the pirates; That's exactly what I'm doing. It doesn't matter what other races I fight, no matter how big my army or theirs is - when I come into contact with the pirates, every time, I crash. Sometimes I don't, but that's only when they attack one of my worlds with small fleets. Usually, they have massive fleets though (and ships I didn't think the pirates could get) at their homeworld). There's nothing more to it, the pirates are causing the crash somehow

Still crashing for some reason - And it only seems to happen when I attack the pirates. Everything else runs completely fine and I've installed the mod several different times.
Yep, My game only crashes when using the Diplomacy install - I think I fixed it now, but it runs fine on Original Sins and Entrenchment.
Okay, Thanks for the tutorial. Appearently it seems I did everything right - I think I might have an otherwise bad download/install. I'll try redownloading and doing this again. >_
Alright, Thank you Carbon - Hopefully the patching post comes sooner or later; for now I deleted the mod in wait for actual instructions. I'll redownload at a later date when the instructions are clearer (for installing the patch I mean!). Good luck guys!
I think the crashes might be related to confusing directions - Could you post a step-by-step instructions on how to install the Mod, then how to install the mod patch? Why? Because unfortunately I too am experiencing these crashes, but I have Windows 7, 8 gbs of Ram, a 295 GTX 1gb card... Everything should be working fine. Especially with my Quad-Core CPU. Perhaps it's the operating system the game is having trouble with? But I'm more than confident it was a b
I can't wait to see more of this. I absolutely love the new star colors- and I haven't tried the atlantian race yet (if they work that is). Awesome mod so far! Keep up the good work.
Man, even with my behemoth of a mod. When I get massive groups of capital ships up against capital ships, it begins to stall. Great job otherwise man... wish my Quad core could handle it all :P
Well that link is absolutely broken. I just bought the game today and already I'm looking out for mods xP
