The Dunov does the same thing, hope that's fixed too.

This is an annoyance which has been in the game ever since the first beta: scrollbars appear above scrolled lists when the list does not have enough items in it for the scrollbar to be of any use. One example where this happens is in the saved games list. Once there are enough items in the list to fill more than one page, the scrollbar appears in the correct place.

I would consider this a bug: ships that apply special abilities to other ships (such as the robotics cruiser or the dunov) end up chasing trade ships down phase lanes when they try to heal them, sometimes ending up on enemy planets, and they even do this when they had previous orders to go somewhere else!

It starts out downloading quite fast but after a while the speed drops dramatically, how come?
