i would love to download this mod, but the website i have to download it from says my email is invalid, its the only email i have! so i'm at a loss on what to do... HELP!?

thanks Question! does the AI gain the same benifits as you? e.g if i remove build limits does the AI gain that aswell or is it just me?

how do you use the dec.exe? what commands do i use to add more ships and such?
