After more than a year of Early Access, Sins of a Dark Age has launched globally as a free-to-play game on Steam. It's been a wild day so far, and I hope you'll come and check it out. The better this game does, the sooner we can get back to more Sins of a Solar Empire! Website Steam Site

The major difference with games like Savage, Nuclear Dawn, Natural Selection, and so on, is that are FPS hybrids, not Action-RTS hybrids.

We are really excited, and fortunate to be able to talk about two great games this year! Thanks for your support for our newly announced game. I would like to clear up a few misunderstandings here: 1)Sins of a Dark Age is not a browser-based game. 2)Ironclad and Stardock have a great working relationship. The IP is Ironclad owned, but Stardock has done a tremendous job with the franchise and we are proud to keep this relationship going. We've worked

I could lock this ..or delete all the offensive remarks, but I'm not going to. No person is forced to read this ridiculous thread and no one is forced to play with offensive people. If everyone ignores the assholes of the virtual world they will either go away or change their behaviour when they have no one to play with and no one to talk to.

Yes, we are working on another project at the same time. Rebellion is providing a lot more than previous expansions - both companies need to work together to maintain a AAA product. I feel confident we've proven ourselves in terms of the quality of our games and our continuous support. You can expect the same for Rebellion and all future projects.

The Pirate bay is able to generate advertising and merchandise revenues from its website. These revenues wouldn't exist without the distribution of intellectual property they don't own. Take away the content and the site doesn't have any value of its own. How is it right that they can profit off another's labor without compensation? Setting aside any arguments of "who would or wouldn't have bought" it seems reasonable that mass d

Thanks JA :) I can understand your frustration. We are doing all we can. We are in ICO frequently to check on him. He has been temporarily shut out of ICO multiple times. I realize he is still around, but it was worse before. I was in this morning but he hasn't been on while I was there. We've had a solution for a while that could cut him out completely, but we've been reluctant to execute because it will really inconvenience players who are&nb

JA_394, "Nothing to gain by helping the online community?" I going to excuse this comment because you've only been a member since February. SINS was built on community involvement and we've been supporting this game far beyond the expected duties of a developer. We hate the spammer as much as you do, but spamming complaints and rumors about our company doesn't really help out.

Couldn't have said it better myself Annatar :) Even internally we debate many of these issues, but ultimately the 'big picture' or essence of the game is going to win out. If we stray from the heart of the game, we always come back.

"What I mean by this is that the devs need to start listening to us players more, and opening their eyes to some of the great ideas we all have." SINS was built on community suggestions. I'm not sure where you get this feeling from.
