Well for me the BETA downloaded slower than most things... Ironically I get the best connections from File Planet :NOTSURE:

spread your fleets out, 1 uber fleet of doom is almost certain loss against the AI with 4-5 well balanced fleets.

<3 computer science, at my company I am 1 of 42 people that have a degree in the actual field of which I work... :SURPRISED:

even at fast that is pushing it... its more like 10 min per planet, and that doesn't take into consideration enemy difficulty level.

ship navigation could use a tweak , i hate when my ships don't compensate for the enemy moving closer ....

I love statistics and charts in 4x games.

The limited amount of ship "detail" customization is tied to the color you choose a player, so you can choose colors like orange, red, blue and such, and then each ship gets paint/design highlights in that color. Other people can answer the rest for ya....
