Just because your fleet moves around the gravity well doesn't mean they are any closer to the action. In fact, it probably means the opposite. The enemy will probably only be able to come from one, or maybe two, jump points. If you are moving around the gravity well, he could just scout you, wait till your across the well from him, and then launch his attack.

It's a known and well documented issue caused by multiple solar systems overlapping. The green you see is the skybox for the other system.
eet didn't rename the map, when we dled it, the name was "Adam's". Maybe the download service didn't like the space, so it just cut everything after it off. That would explain the lack of the .GALAXY extension.
Yeah, it looks like some of the files were corrupted, I don't think it would be a DX problem.
Same here, I just finished playing through hl2, it was fine, only a very few crashes, then I play episode one and I can't even play it crashes so often.
On the issue of information, you can still see tax and culture info on planets you can't see by selecting them and looking at the numbers on the bottom UI.
I'm not even sure the tutorial explains how to issue them
The tutorials aren't final, the devs have more important things on their hands atm.
chewybaka - a point of honour? I hope your not involved with any projects in your new job. Watch out sub-contractors. He might decide when its half finished he does not want to pay. He will be very sorry, but only his family counts, nobody else has to feed anybody. Good luck with your new job and fam. Been there done that, just did not rip anybody off to do it. You sound like you will end up very rich.... people like you just do, on the backs of other
No Ironclad doesn't get buttons, Stardock on the other hand has a "Zap Blair button", which they use whenever he disobeys their orders.
Oooh, shiny button!
Right now, it's just over one gig, though it will almost certainly get bigger.
Epimatic.
I want to toss in that a "kill capitol planet" gametype should also be included (if surrender is not).
No moving of the capital, I'd have to assume?
I think he did.
All you'd need to mod this in is an ability that gives another ship antimatter.
Go sleeping in till 10!
The problem with what you're proposing is that someone is going to paint all of ships completely transparent, so that no one else can see his ships.
I think he's saying that he was expecting 6 hex digits (RGB), not 8 (RGBA) Also, you're completely wrong with your definition of a 32 bit integer. 32 bit means it uses 32 'bits,' ones or zeros. A signed 32 bit integer goes from around -2.14 million to 2.14 million. 0-255 is an unsigned 8 bit integer.
The files aren't under my docs. They are at C:\Documents and Settings\ \Application Data\Ironclad Games\
The current TEC and Vasari lineup also names them Utility A, B and C. The Marza/Desolator is considered a utility ship for some reason. I think they're pretty straightforward planet killers.
They're considered utility because the classification is the same for all three races. If the advent does not have a planet bombing cap ship, then you can't make a bombardment classification.
Each side gets 5 ships (so far it's one 'line' ship, 2 support ships, 1 carrier, 1 missile ship), but each of them is incredibly diverse and handles very differently, even between racial analogs Eh, more like a battleship, a carrier, a dreadnought, a colonizer (slow, poorly armed, but nice abilities), and an extra... the Dunov and the Antorak are not anywhere close to each other. The Dunov is a support ship, while the
Actually we do have thanksgiving, it's just in October.

Bah, I didn't get any pumpkin pie, my thanksgiving was last month.
3 Vasari carriers can create 9 extra enforcers (their Kodiak analog, 98 fleet points worth!) out of thin air
Not out of thin air, you need to have an enforcer in the first place, which takes a lot of research stations. Also, about the dunovs, this combo should be severely limited if they need to chase anything through phase space, due to the AM loss with a jump.
Are you sure it's not working? Have you tried to sending ships to the planet where the antorak is at? This ability doesn't create anything, it just causes the planet to be temporarily linked to the phase network. The visual effect is kinda small (the ring around the back of the ship turns into a phase gate) so you might not have noticed it.
