Long story short. I was on youtube checking out space games. I came across this video of part of the beta. All I can say is this. Are the voices for the TEC in this differnet from what we have nowadays? Because they sure has hell sound differnet to me. I love this mod!!! I just have one question for you guys. Is the sound for a few things suppose to play only on one side? example. For the Feds, when you click on a ship, it sounds normal, yet when it fires its weapons, the phasers sound right, but the torpedoes play only from the left channel on my headphones. Also , the voice for research only plays out of the left channel. All borg sounds from weapons and voices do that too. Thanks :)

Hey all, just a quick question about shileds. Did they change them so we can make them brighter or anything? thats the one thing this game lacks that I wanted to change for the longest time. The shileds I feel are just too low in color and dim. If they have made their code so we can do this, would it be under particles? Thanks

(the mod folder itself) Might help if I had put the file into a Gameinfo folder!!!!!!!!!! o
Yeah I gave that a try. After putting it in there, it would crash then game. Unless I added it wrong. Hmm. Still working on it.
Hey guys, sorry if this is answered. Just call me dumb. I htink I did this wrong, so wanted to ask for a little help. Just got Entrenchment yesterday, and was checking out the mod folders and that. I went to do a simple change. I took the Gameplay.constants file from entrenchment and redid some stuff in it. Threw it into the mod folder. C:/Documents and Settings/User/Local Settings/Application Data/Ironclad Games/Sins of a Solar Empire/Mod
-New voices for the TEC Cobalt. I thought the voice for this unit was suppose to change. If it did, whats different? Sounds the same to me.

I'm wanting to make them have more numbers at planets, as well as giving them the option to also have cap ships from time to time. Looking at the code in the gameplay file. Have you thought about making a change to shields? When playing it seems hard to see the shields taking a hit. You see the weapon fire, then hit something near a ship. Did you change anything around in any of the files that were already in the folder, or just added new ones to the folder? Like PlanetOcean etc are new, but PlanetBonusSubT was changed around. Hey everyone. My friend and I are having a problem maybe you can help. I went and made my account with ironclad without any problems what so ever. Soon as I hit the accept key it went through and worked. I was up and in the lobby without a problem. My friend however, when he goes in and puts in his info and cd key, then hits the button, the game would freeze up. Graphics etc stop.
