Well actually I did that before posting... But I fixed the problem. I understood there was different mod folders with the last update. Now, I am able to put mods into the good folder. However, thanks for the answer !

Sorry to "up" this old topic, but i'm experiencing the same problem today. During last hours I tested all solutions that can be found on this forum. All my drivers are updated now. I am on XP, I have absolutely no problem with the game, it works perfectly, except when I try to make a mod to work.
