Hi, Using the latest patched version of the beta, i noticed that garda flak frigates would not fire if they were facing the ship they were targeting, the 2 fore and aft guns would fire independently at other targets, but not at the one i repeatedly indicated. PS: I also notice that if you alt-tab out of the game, the game keeps going if you're not in the menu, perhaps it should automatically pause (so that my empire isn't ruined while i post on here <img src="http://images.stardock.com

I gotta say I love the carrier, when it gets higher level it doubles (at least) the number of fighters, and I absolutely adore the missile batteries it drops down, sometimes i warp into a system and wait for it to drop a few as well as use up it's fighters and bombers, then warp out, and let the missile batteries wipe some more out while my fighters and shields recharge outside

Hmm, I also played a small game against only one ai player, and I was at 55% max through the whole thing, maybe you guys are building fleets that are too big to be supported? did you do the cargo hold researches as well?

Hi, When playing in a small game, about 3 hours into a game against one easy AI, I sent in 3 different capital ships(carrier, dreadnought and cruiser) and 2 kodiak frigates into one of his asteroid systems where he had about 3 scout frigates and 4 siege frigates, suddenly the game froze or rather, stuttered between 2 frames repeatedly, with sound, with the game still on screen except I had my taskbar on the bottom and minidump showed up in the taskbar. hmm, how did you get the download to go?

that's for a game you've bought and have the key for, however for pre-order the reference number given is not the serial key (i've tried it anyways) and the isntructions specifically stated that stardock would e-mail pre-order customers when the d/l was ready. Just have to wait some more it seems

download it from the stardock central program, and they are supposed to e-mail the key to the account you signed up with when you preordered it. It's on stardock central now, but you can't get it yet i think

beta is up on stardock....no e-mail yet...

you know considering we pre-ordered the game to get into a beta...it would be nice to get a time....I don't think it's asking for too much.
