You need to play around with quite afew things to add bonuses. For making hud icons go to the textures folder of the mod you are editing and look for something that says icons-hud.tga or hud-icons.tga (something like that) there are afew that have a name similar to that so try looking for planet bonuses already made to get an idea of what to do. You also need to make new entity files and edit with the string files and planet entity files to make your bonuses work.

Usually if you restart your game with load mod automaticly I notice my lag is completely gone. If that doesn't fix the minor lag let me know. It could be that more units are placed to gaurd planets. I'll look into it, thanks for testing.

Sure you can merge it in, although I would say that you should wait till I release version 1.0 since that version will have unique icons for everything (the beta doesn't). Just put me in the credits to in the readme and a link to my page since most of the work of this beta version is not done by me so it's important all the creators of this mod get to be acknowledged.

OK, I'll make this straight, the reasons I removed the things I did are the following: 1. Rogue Stars were removed due to making games last longer becuase of huge wells, a long with the small amount of lag they make for slower computers. 2. Not as easy as you might think. For them to support a whole new resolution with 2d support they need to make resized icons for every little thing to support it so it fits on the screen. As I'm a modder who also works with icons, even redoing 4 is a pain in the ass.
Urban Expansion is like 90% Solar Sins and Sins Plus as of now (it's beta phase) by the end of the mod when I feel it's 'complete' it will be like 25% Solar Sins. Well main reason I removed it was because I felt it looked to much like a Volcanic Planet, what I was thinking of doing in the future is making it a fourth mesh for the Volcanic Planet rather than making it a seperate planet and give it a unique ability which would take me longer to do.
