i ave install gc2 gold edition , but the play buttom dont chow up insted ist the install again what can i do ?

i ave a big prob.. i install the gamme (gc2 gold edition) but i can t play because the play botom dont apper just the install butom again apper.....(sorry for my english i am a french canadian )
