as for the one who said that the vasari have a better starting cap...that's false. the progenetor is the best starting cap. discount on planet colonization, healing abilities with a certain area to keep ships alive, and malice to spread more damage, also don't forget ressurection, which gives instant levels to a cap ship of another one dies.
The proj is better then the egg your saying then... Proj is good, no denying. Is it better then the Egg? In mo

If he changes his identity he has a long way to go to building a reputation with his new account. Truth be told , KKrazy had a "decent" reputation for being skilled enough. Skilled hosts would accept him into their games , but with a new 0 wins 0 loss account and the inabi
Advent has: Better LRM Better Flak Better HC Better Caps Better support cruiser (gardian) Better late game econ then TEC Basicly better everythign in the end right?
And Vasari have better : Useful Mobile Starbase Better Starter Cap Better Neutral Grabber Better HC then Advent Better rush capability
Ummm.....there's something worth mentioning. If someone actually surrenders instead of quitting, his ships will do nothing. They won't move. He's just there to be killed. Could that be what you're seeing?
I check the Diplomacy Screen. If its a cracked portrait , then its surrender. Also f5 brings up connection status to see if they are Disconnected from game.
When someone disconnects like that , its usually preceded by a long pause. When someone quits , theres no pause . This is usually how one tells whether someone use the quit button or someone actually genuinely disconnected.
You cannot proove the illums overpowerness through a 1v1 test with Kanraks. Even though the kanrak and illum are both "LRF class" , they both serve their respected races in different ways. You have to look at the big picture. Advent as a race isnt overpowered because Vasari have their own strengths to compensate for the kanrak.
On another note, if you want to keep this thread from getting locked like How's did, you might want to post some replays as "proof."
I think a three strikes rule is enough. If there are three reports of a player , then thats enough evidence. As it is KKrazy has had two reports of him going AFK when losing. So if he gets another report , he should be blacklisted.
If your playing sins online against Chuck Norris and you see "chuck norris has paused the game" you better turn around...
BlackList of players who intentionally stay around at the end of the game or go AFK even tho they have lost , just to annoy the opposition. (*) = number of reports. 2 is usually enough to confirm suspicions. KKrazy (4) bigshooter32 (2)- <span style="font-s

Haha im waiting patiently for apples to grow from my orange tree
Actually the Build penalty has been great , and I still use carriers as a means of making my oppoenent overbuild flaks which i can just overcome with superior lrfs. I think the balance is fine.. Maybe 50% for bombers tho. THAT WOULD BE ACE
oooh , ok I didnt do a real life lol , but it deserves an internet lol... [e digicons]B)[/e]
Its sad that its examples like this , that make PUGs almost exclusive to "recognisable" players. I mean PUGs should be able to support newcomers , "one on each team" etc. , but the host can never be sure if they turn out like JabaDaHut.
Doesnt work , wasap with that
I dont see a way round the problem the OP has tbh... Really anyone who is skilled has a good reputation and does not quit unless they "call a loss" (acceptance of defeat). So why take a risk with a stranger... Then again , How can u ask this stranger to leave because your friends might never come so in the end you might need him to fill in the numbers... The way I see it it boils down to that common creed "Lifes unfair" . It is unfair , but one way to m
I find it alarming that there even is a post about "how to run from Nano Disassembler" in the first place. I don't see a similar post about escaping Sova's Missile Battery or Vulkoras' Phase Missile Swarm. Or Revelation's Reverie. The list goes on. And those ships can't colonize or eat planets for huge resource boost. Only the Evacuator and Marza have abilities that bring up topics like this. Both have grossly overpowered abiliti
Hmmm , im an advent and my way of killing the nano cap vasari is quite simple... 1# Use Carrier Micro for your Progenitor. This way the egg has to chase it and will rarely have the chance to nano it. 2# If his assialants follow your progenitor that should now be circling the grav since vasari love to hunt caps , then send you illums to rape them in a tailing pattern allowing for all 3 beams to fire. OR use fighters to kill the assailants. 3# At some point he
HC rush is a bad idea.
Not when I do it... Its also a very effective strat to feed towards as the reward for the extra push in resources can cause a landslide advantage in your favor.

Cya online!! few of my general tips tho.. Start with FFA games first. Nobody can yell at you if your just expiermenting or you mess up. Read up on what pugs are about on the forum
When I think of TEC rush , I think of Kodiak rush. Very effective , but you need to have skill... Am not going to describe how to get to it , because if you cant manage that yourself , then you shouldnt be using it anyway. 1) Utilise Kodiak health to its advantage. Treat them like Caps. Retreat them and heal them and send them back. 2) Be very very aware of your second card you play. Could it be Flak , Hoski , more kodies , lrms , sieges , carriers. This is whe
Ill just give general tips on the importance of rushing... Make sure your Shipyards are pinned . Nothing worse then forgetting to build a steady stream of ships. Happens to the best of us. Anticipate your logistics. Cant stress this enough. Make sure your asteroid gets its logistic upgrade . Its so important that your transition from 1 - > 2 -> 3 military labs isnt delayed . Also you need the logistic to do double shipyard when you feel the time is right or you get addit
Its pretty good counter-measure for Advent Repulsion
Cya , never really got round to playing with you.
