Starbase Resupply Bug and a Suggestion in Beta Feedback Sins Forums

Overall I like the expansion and think it's a great addition even though it's still in beta. :) However I did notice a couple things. The second upgrade for the Docking Booms on the Argonev Class Starbases has zero range. The first upgrade appear to work fine. This happened on all the starbases I tried to upgrade it. A couple of suggestions if they haven't been made already. Add construction queues for the starbases once they themselves have been queued for constructio
