Nice Blair! Makes me want to play the game even more. I've been hooked on CoD4 lately but will def play Sins once the new patch comes out. That's not to mention Entrenchment!!!! :D

No problem!! And not only did I buy it the day it came out, but I was excited for it like for a year or at least since the counter at the top was at like 285 days or so. We digress....Pirates suck!!!! Both in game when they kill my innocent traders and in real life!!! :)

Lol, YAY!!! this time tomorrow....i'll be downloading it in between classes!!!! then playing it later...like maybe not even tomorrow...well can't wait anyway. but i'm more excited to hopefully be able to get into the beta of Entrenchment...

Ok so I was wondering... I may pre-order Entrenchment depending on several factors. However, if i do pre-order it, is there a time frame I would have to order it within so I would be included in the beta and be allowed to d/l it? Or is the beta open until release of the game? Ship size to planet ratio are a bit lopsided...ships are huge compared. Any idea in feet (or miles?) how big the ships are supposed to be?

Not even going to bother reading that. I'm 18 and father of 0 (unlike some my age :p). This is still a forum and a simple/pointless thread that's dieing. If Stardock/Ironclad sees that most of us disagree, they won't change it. The only way to change it is modding it yourself. Or stop complaining and play this awesome game. that is the dumbest suggestion i've ever seen!!!! if anything make them bigger...there is no resistance in space therefore the ammo/bullets would travel on forever unless acted upon by something else (gravity)....

they had that AI surrender in one of the patches i remember. idk which one but it was my favorite new feature....it seemed to be forgotten which sucks...i hate cleaning up...games as far back as AOE II have auto-surrender...grrr

oh and Dirty Jobs and the Universe but I don't watch TV anymore since I'm in college so I don't know if the Universe is still running.

Yeah I had to do the same when I got my laptop. You can either install it with the CD again or install impulse and download the game if you have already registered Sins. Yeah about EA, I put Spore on my Christmas list, but I took if off because I didn't want to support them...

why do you want to remove all of that? i'm assuming for screenshots? still that's a bit drastic for a screenshot....? but that's just me :)

I hate piracy...free is the better four letter f-word, no doubt but in this context it's the worst (guess the second worst!!! hehe). I always buy the game or the music (iTunes). I got this game the day it came out from GameStop for a reasonable $39.99. That was a very good price for a game I still play quite frequently...
