From what I have seen around the forums the rebellion AI sucks at making a normal fleet (after you get a titan anyway) so it spams cap ships, This results in the akkan and subsequent armistice spam you have seen. So this problem should fade a bit after the AI gets fixed, though I don't think they will really start on that till after the vasari come out. Just a guess though.

It sounds like a dysync to me. The devs mentioned that some are popping up here and there.

Or you can do it like I do and max the ability's and go 2/2/2 or 1/1/4 in the passive stats upgrades dependng on what titan it is. Well it works for me anyway [e digicons]^_^[/e]

From what I've seen and read the AI is still being worked on (As in being programmed too work with the new ships and stuff) so its a bit derpy at times almost all the friggen time. So give it time till later betas it seems [e digicons]:|[/e] (edit) Bah ninja'd by ryat [e digicons]x_x[/e]

It also MIGHT give a 25% damage increase buff to all your ships. Not sure though... As I have no clue where this damage buff I have comes from other wise. And yes I did check if its from the Advent super-weapon. Its not, it does however STACK with the super-weapon buff. + 50% damage increase ahoy!

Technically and correct me if I'm wrong, but the guys behind distant stars did not make the new planet types and technologies themselves, they just combined other peoples mods that included them into one big mod. Gotta give them kudos for getting the mods too play nice with each other though, so they still get a E-Cookie [e digicons]k1[/e]

IMO I think Mass Communion should go down a tier and be linked from the culture centre unlock research itself instead of the booster techs. Anyone else think that would work?

Hate too break it to you, but space ponies could always be found on other planets/roids since the original game. The chance was just really really low. So I take it you never found them before [e digicons]:P[/e]

Okay just a small bug here. Seems the old gas giants are mixed in with the new colonizeable gas giants but are called the same thing, leads to the funny sight of a colonizeable gas giant having red text under its tool-tip name saying this planet is not colonizeable. Ah well, its good for a small laugh. [e digicons]^_^[/e]

Yeah I noticed they tweaked the abilities of the cap ships so that level 4 in rebellion is equal to level 3 in diplomacy, yeah it sucks :/ I THINK though, that you can level the ultimate ability to level 2 though now, not sure if it makes it better then level 1 from diplomacy though yet.

Ok yeah did some more tweaks and still a mini-dump. Guess i'm gonna give up on this for now till I know more about how Sins works. Ah the old beta [e digicons]:|[/e] I remember that somewhat... Though its more like I remember being able too research artifacts after you found them in order too get their effects permanently even if you lose the planet it was on. Oh, and also there was a Share artifacts options in the diplomacy screen so your allies could benefit from them. Still not sure why the removed that [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e]

Ah that would be the problem then, I was just messing with the Research files alone. Seems I have too change some entity files as well huh, gonna have too mess with them too get it working it seems.
