I emailed sales@ too, because, well, I was *really* excited about playing so I actually purchased the digital+cd by mistake, and then when I realized I needed tokens I went back and purchased tokens too. LOL. So I'm waiting for sales@ to cancel the first pre-order (

So I signed up today after reading PC Gamer's raving preview and reading the IGN interview. I bought 10 gaming tokens but no matter what I try it still says "tokens: 0" on my account. I soooo wanted to be playing right now. I guess I have to wait for someone to answer my pleas for help via email
