is the piracy policy of stardock to sell bugged software and make the fixes only available for these with a valid regestration?
First off, almost all games have minor problems and glitches when they are released. I have yet to play a single game in it's vanilla version that dis not have some minor bugs or balance issues. Secondly, why would you worry about this unless you didn't have a valid registration?
Oh didn't I? If you live in the US where Stardock happens to have its servers, then it is easy. If you don't, well... I really don't understand why people are getting so upset over Impulse. It is a FREE software item, that allows you to buy games online (or even if you physically bought the game on a cd/dvd), update that game for FREE, and allow you to download the whole game as many times as you want on any number of computers for FREE, with no DMR you have to go through. As I had mentioned in my previos post, if you are trying to kill a Vasari starbase, the best way to do it is with bombers. The Vasari SB has little defense against strikcraft other than if it upgrades for hangers. So if you just send in maybe about 15 bombers and some fighters to protect them, all you will need to do keep the carriers/crusiers moving around the planet and out of range for the SB.
I completly agree. Merely using some micro management in where you place your SB and structures is now a prat of the game that adds depth. While the moving Vasari SB is nice, the fact that all you need to do to avoid it is either split your fleet into smaller squads when attacking, or micro your fleet to stay away from the SB (yes it moves, but SLOWLY. People spam strikecraft enough, just use them and keep the carriers moving). And with the other AB, placing them near all structures automatic
One thing that I notice is that when an AI is down to a few planets left and i've still got a large fleet or two smashing through all of their fleets, the AI surrenders.
I find that the anti-fighter frigates for both the Vasari and TEC work very well when dealing with strikecraft spam. (I don't play Advent, so I cannot have an opinion on their anti-fighter ship) I normally have about 15-25 anti-fighter ships per fleet, and they provide me with plenty of fighter and bomber protection. I try to keep them all clustered near forward/center area of my fleet, and when the fstrikecraft attack, i just leave them to the frigates. depending on the numer of strikecraft,
Is there any chance that SoaGE will be updated for 1.13?
In the originall trailer, it shows about 15 different types of capital ships for each of the faction, and a bunch of different abilities. i would like to see more types of ships, other than the mirrored ships of each faction.

Several Things: 1) Create new defense plateforms-having the singe ones seem to be rather useless other than spamming them. It would be nice to have defense stations that have multiple firing positions ans maybe fighters. 2) Mines-being able to create minefields would be a nice substitue to spamming defense platforms. 3) Better variety in faction ship-sure they look different, but they mostly play the same. 4) A way to hide the use interface menus on the top an

When I load the map in Sins, there is no set Homeworld. All of the players randomly spawn at one of the designated homeworld. Is there any way to set the location of each player's starting location so that players will spawn in the same location at the start of each game?
