I have the same problem, and reinstalling my internet browser and email client did not work. Switching default clients makes the links work for the new defaults, but resetting the defaults back brings back the problem.
I had a very similar problem, many of my windows were not getting titlebars, and usually the theme would not be applied at all. I uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled through impulse, still the same problem. What I did that finally fixed it was I told Impulse to install beta versions. That did the trick.
Nevermind, when I went to get the WB system info, I noticed the "Enable if you have corrupted titlebar buttons and text backgrounds" and decided to try it to see if it worked. It did. No more problems now :). Thanks.
This has happened on every version of windowblinds I have used, from evaluation to my (happily) registered copy, on two different computers (current is Turion 1.8ghz w/ 2gb ram, SiS Mirage760GX. I just thought of something cool... Could a dock or a dock section be made to expand and add icons for removable drives (such as USB flash) when they are mounted, and remove the icon and shrink the dock when the device is removed?
