Was playing online and we were playing a match, and we could talk to each other on chat but we seemes to be playing a completely different game. On mine he was capturing a planet and loosing a capital, and on his i was capturing a different planet and winning, which i wasn't. Dont know if it was synch or what but our games didn't match up AT ALL. BUG REPORT :P
I Think i get the same thing. I dont play online, but i get this issue. My rig can play Crysis on Very High at 1047 res, so its not my babe. I can load a game, where theres ALOT of ships around. After about 30 mins of play i begin to lag horribly. Now in the middle of a HUGE laggy battle, if i save and exit the game, then come back to the same point its not laggy at all, and looks amazing. There must be some sort of memory chock point in the code or something. Very strange.
1) If possible a fix for the framrate. Its fine when you load, then it just goes ape shit! 2) Sharper textures. So you can zoom in furthur on the large ships and let them actually seem massive.
Models need to be sharper. The scale is ruined by the fact that you cant zoom right up to a capital and just see its huge size. A new faction would be nice, more units. Better pirate. If not create your own ship then at least give create your own colour. More lazers. Even thought the frame rate goes ape shit in a big battle, when you look around, there is nothing being fired around.
I disagree with the "Theres no time in a real-time RTS to create ships" My last match lasted 17 hours!! There were times when a fleet was waiting for reinforcements, and i just sat there for 15 mins waiting, doing nothing. Theres planty of time, and the ships do need to get more personal, they're so cold and like cannon fodder.
To be able to change our ship colours. Dont know why but that was one of the best things about homeworld. This game destroys HW, but that feature just made the ships your own, more personal. And can you fix the The Advent Light Frigate spamming AI, and make all the others more agressive.

I just preordered my Download version. Ive got the stardock central so im all ready. I just wanted to know what will happen when the game comes out? Do you get a link from Stardock for the download or what? Getting really exited!
Not to try and put down the game, im probably going to get it, but a game thats kept silent with no reviews until after people have biught it is never a good sign.
Well for some stupid reason Sins sisnt coming to europe for like donkeys years. Well im stuck in sunny (not) England and want this game bad!! Lets say i download Sins, but then want to reformate, do i loose my data, and have to buy a new copy?? I dont really want to get the box version , but if needs be i will. Sorry if this is a noob question. Thanks
