What happens if I load the mod and try to play online with another user who does NOT have the mod loaded? Or Can I chose to load the mod or not?

So knowone really knows how trading works. All everyone knows is that you get additional money if a trade network is in place?

Did I post this question in the right forum? Is anyone else having this problem, or is it just me?

Question. When I soom in to look at my ships and planets, I see icons from behind the ships and planets go right through the ships and planets. Is there a way to make it so I don't see planet, canon, etc icons right in the middle of a ship or planet?

I've wondered the same thing. A moving cinamatic camera for replays would by a nice bonus.

Alot of money can be spent fully exploring every planet. I wonder how long you'd have to play the game for the one artifact found(should you find one) to cover the overall costs of exploring all of the planets. Just a thought.

Does the game have any artifacts, that when found, enable the player the ability to make a specialized weapon or ship? Also, is there any way to get a first person cockpit view of the ships? That would be kinda cool.

I agree as well that diplomacy is best ignored right now. I'm just not getting it. I did 2 missions for a race, and they liked me 70%. I set up a ceasefire with them, and out of nowhere, they said I was interfering, and started attacking me. The AI removed the ceasefire and liked me 0 percent. Excellent game otherwise though. I also aggree 15 minutes isn't enough time, and they come to fast.

Ha ha. I aggree. I'm 36, and haven't found a game that's kept me up like this for several years. It's so hard to get away from. I'm really enjoying Sins.
