Who else Got over-charged on their Pre-order in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

Pre-ordered the Collectors edition about a week from release...got my email with the serial number etc OK. But I checked my credit card and they charged me twice!!!!!! Was wondering if im the only one or of this has happened to other people & if so how long it took for them to get it fixed. I emailed stardock but have had no response (getting PISSED OFF)
