However, my internet is from the bronze age and the download rate is awful! My friend has excellent service, but uses a Mac. So...is it possible to download the game to a Mac, put it on a memstick and then install it on my PC? Has anyone else done this type of download? <p

I have an older Alienware. The computer works great!! A real beast. However, I had one problem with the mainboard and the customer service from Alienware (before DELL purchased the company) was atrocious!
