This particular system did not have a planet, only 2 small asteroids with resources. If I can't build a colony, can I just use a Colony Frigate (haven't researched Orbital Refineries either) - SS Sugar?
How does one capture asteroids with Crystal or Metal resources? They're listed as invulnerable but have resources on them.. I haven't been too far into a single-player small random map yet - thanks for any suggestions.
Balls. I've been following this game like most others here for quite a while, and jumped at the chance to get it the day it came out via stardock's digital download service. Now I'm plagued with CTDs...was working fine at first then once crashed it seems like the last few saves are corrupt (shades of Civ 3?). Specs are as follows: E6600 running stock, not oc. Hello all, I've been following this game for months and purchased it online tonight. After the install, when I go to the Tutorials and select the first one, it brings up a planetary system and starts the game, but nothing happens... when I select other tutorials, there's at least some text on the bottom of the screen for you to follow, but the very first tutorial there is nothing.
