how long will the 'upgrade' from 'download only' to 'physical-collectors-edition' be available? bit low on cash atm, so would like to not spend the extra right now if i can avoid it, but don't want to miss my chance on the collector's edition. not looking for an exact date, just whether its a few days/weeks, or whether it'll always be available, for example. cheers in advance, Tieg.
